Eric Mogilnicki

Eric Mogilnicki is a nationally recognized expert on consumer financial services, and has more than 25 years of experience assisting financial services clients with investigations, examinations and enforcement actions by government regulators, including the CFPB, FTC, OCC and FDIC. He is the Chair of the American Bar Association's Consumer Financial Services Committee. In addition to private practice, Eric has served as a state Assistant Attorney General and as Chief of Staff to Senators Edward M. Kennedy and Paul G. Kirk Jr.
